ABOUT ME
I am a certified systemic coach (DBVC). For the last two years I have held communication trainings and individual coaching for a large international company. For the last 30 years I have been teaching international students at universities in intercultural communication, holding presentations, scientific writing in English and German. Currently I am a lecturer at Konstanz University. My coaching and trainings can take place in German, English or Russian. In teaching in the USA, Germany and Switzerland, I have encountered different cultures of communication.
Characteristic of me is a high degree of presence and the ability to structure complex information with openness and humour. Coachees agree: "It's fun to work with you."
In my academic history I have a Ph.D. from Princeton University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. I have a passion for the wide variety of human stories and experiences, literature, for colours in paintings, forms in nature and smells. Furthermore I am an exhibiting artist: www.eva-rottmann.com.
